I started this Independent Film Business in Sacramento California while putting together small family home videos. I soon developed a romance for industry which has resulted in my future interest. It took many disappointing attempts to learn more as Sacramento doesn't really offer the tools of the trade like other major cities (e.g. San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York). So, I've learned how to do most of it on my own with the aid of books, local colleges, and experience. This approach is an ongoing learning experience since it forces me to crash, burn, and learn which makes me realize what does and doesn't work very quickly.
